How often do employees need to complete assessments?

Some assessments are completed once during onboarding, while others are scheduled automatically at key moments such as 15 day, 90 day, monthly, or quarterly cycles, depending on the organization’s setup.

Do managers and employees answer the same questions?

In some cases, yes. Certain evaluations are intentionally aligned so both employees and managers provide input, allowing the platform to highlight areas of alignment and gaps in perception.

How are the results used?
